Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) within Johnson & Johnson companies can connect your hard work and achievement with our goal of building strong leaders for our growing businesses.
Our diverse range of LDPs are designed to provide you with in-depth experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted classroom training across a range of our businesses, helping you build many of the strengths we rely on from leaders in our organizations.
We meet potential LDP candidates each year during the months of August through November. Look for our events on your campus or search for specific job openings during those months.
Financial Leadership Development Program
FLDP is for high-potential candidates who have recently received undergraduate degrees in accounting, finance, or economics. This two-year rotational program allows participants to work in a range of functions and businesses while advancing their leadership skills through structured training. Recruiting for FLDP occurs during September and October each year.

GOLD offers a dynamic two-year program for high-potential candidates with exceptional drive and determination. Individuals who have recently received undergraduate degrees in engineering, operations, or quality can develop and apply their skills through a mix of on-the-job assignments and structured training. Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP)
HRLDP is a highly selective program for individuals who have recently received master’s degrees or MBAs in Human Resources Management or related studies. It provides experiences in a range of HR functions over a 24-month period and enables accelerated development by connecting participants with business leaders, cross-functional collaboration experiences, and structured training systems. Recruiting for HRLDP occurs during September and October each year.

International Recruitment Development Program (IRDP)
IRDP prepares recent Master’s or MBA grads for leadership roles in our Asia-Pacific, Europe/Middle East/Africa, or Latin America businesses. The 12- to 24-month program provides onboarding support and in many cases, international training to participants before full-time job placement in a country where they have permanent work authorization. IRDP helps Johnson & Johnson build a strong pipeline of capable leaders for its global enterprise.

Consumer Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP)
The Consumer SLDP is a 24-month developmental and leadership experience for recent college graduates with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing or business course of study. Candidates should have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. SLDP participants will gain experience in analytics and business trends, building knowledge of the retail environment, launching new products with retail partners, and delivering against business forecasts.
