Affinity Groups Promote Idea Exchange
Focusing on shared interests
Initiated and driven by employees, affinity groups add value as they advance
their purpose within our companies and in the external community. Each group
provides an open forum for idea exchange and action, as well as an opportunity
to strengthen linkages to and within our diverse communities.
To become a recognized affinity group, each proposed group must meet a
series of criteria, including
- Developing a formal group structure
- Appointing a steering committee
- Defining the group’s proposed key activities
Every affinity group is open to all employees of Johnson & Johnson
companies. These groups have created Web sites to disseminate news and
information to their members and other employees.
Below is a list of employee affinity groups that exist within the Johnson
& Johnson Family of Companies.
