The Rotational Experience
Participants will rotate through two assignments over the course of 19 months
As an ITLDP associate you will participate in exciting activities such as:

Creating solutions to real IT problems

Investigating and recommending new technology software
-
Becoming part of a global team to implement enterprise-wide solutions

Applying process excellence concepts to data and processes

Training
-
During the 19 month program, participants receive approximately four weeks of
intensive classroom education, in addition to “just-in-time” eLearning, and
their on-the-job development experiences

Each ITLDP class experiences the training as a group, developing a close
network of colleagues
-
The curriculum provides a foundation of leadership, business, and technical
skills that help participants succeed in their careers
-
Participants get to know Our Credo and the Johnson & Johnson Global Leadership
Profile, as well as an overview of our worldwide businesses
-
Participants have the opportunity to obtain Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification (a globally recognized program that is sponsored by the
Project Management Institute)

Coaching and Development

All participants have the opportunity to receive mentoring from an IT mentor
who is dedicated to the development of future IT leaders

The mentor provides personal, informal support throughout and after the program

Program participants receive additional support and guidance from rotation
managers, the ITLDP team, and other ITLDP program participants

Program Completion and Post-Program Expectations

Upon successful completion of ITLDP, participants will have a foundation for
future positions of greater scope and responsibility, based upon their
business experiences, training, and leadership skills development. Successful
participants will also have established important working relationships with
colleagues, senior IT management, and other ITDLP associates. For those who
qualify, additional leadership development program opportunities exist to
further accelerate their careers.

Qualities We Seek in ITLDP Candidates
We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate a commitment to excellence and
achievement, strong leadership potential, technical skills and experience,
business acumen, excellent communication abilities, and the willingness to
develop and apply advanced technology skills in a dynamic team-oriented
environment. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal skills, share
the values of our Credo, and have the passion to build dynamic careers within
I/T where they can make a difference.

you attend one of these schools, contact the campus career services office at
your school to determine when Johnson & Johnson recruiters will be at your
