Coaching and Development

  • The HRLDP Program Management Office and on-site company representatives work with participants during the program providing coaching and assistance throughout the various rotations and training sessions.

Program Completion and Post-Program Expectations

  • Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in a full-time human resources position within a Johnson & Johnson company.

Qualities We Seek in HRLDP Candidates

Candidates for the Human Resources Leadership Development Program should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, motivate, and lead others effectively. They should have the flexibility to thrive in a changing and complex environment, and they must be geographically mobile. We also look for a minimum of three years of business experience (HR preferred but not required).

We review HRLDP applications between September and October each year. However, we may review a limited number of candidates between January and March.
