MBA Internships

Intern assignments are available to support the full-time hiring strategy of the Experienced Commercial Pharmaceutical Leadership Development Program (ECLDP). Internships are available in the following functions: Business Analytics, Business Development, Product Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing, and Payor Marketing. The intern will work closely with team members to play an active and integral role in meeting individual and business objectives designed to accelerate market growth of the assigned product. The intern will gain experience and exposure to assessment tools and strategies that will enable the intern to understand the customer dynamics of the pharmaceutical marketplace.

Full-Time Positions

The Experienced Commercial Leadership Development Program (ECLDP) is a two-year program specifically designed to prepare future generations of business leaders within Johnson & Johnson and our commercial pharmaceutical business companies. Participants develop critical leadership and technical skills through rotations through several commercial Pharmaceutical sector business units. ECLDP participants complete two, 12-month rotations in any of the following functions: Business Analytics, Business Development, Product Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing, and Payor Marketing. These rotational assignments are supplemented by classroom and e-learning training. Positions are available at numerous operating companies located in or near central New Jersey and northeastern Pennsylvania.

Global Strategic Marketing — Accelerate and optimize profitable business opportunities worldwide through competitive new product labels, condensed global launch timing, strong partnerships with Research & Development, Johnson & Johnson companies, and highly competitive marketing talent.

Brand Marketing — Create awareness of, and ensure widespread access to, our prescription medicines by health care providers, payers, and patients through the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and tactics.

Business Development — Advance our new-product pipeline by identifying strategic alliance partners, evaluating partnering opportunities, and executing targeted in-licensing and alliance strategies.

Global Business Analytics — Deliver product forecasts and other analytics to optimize commercial drug-development strategies for new products, licensing opportunities, and life-cycle management of marketed brands; contribute to strategic planning and portfolio management process.
