The Johnson & Johnson Procurement Leadership Development Program (PLDP) offers
you hands-on experience in negotiating, contracting, and managing supplier
relationships, as well as process improvement and analytics. At the same time,
you can gain high-level exposure to senior management, important training in
leadership development, and cross-functional networking opportunities.

Training

In the Experience, Exposure, and Immersion Model
-
"Experience" includes procurement training in negotiations, contracting, and
supplier relationship management; in leading, developing, and managing people;
and in working in cross-functional teams with professionals from operations,
finance, marketing, or other areas

"Exposure" includes senior management presentations and one-on-one meetings,
networking, and mentoring within Johnson & Johnson, as well as engagement with
senior management and with key supplier partners

"Immersion" includes the PLDP project, graduate recruiting, and practical
assignments as a component of personal development plan

Qualities We Seek in PLDP Candidates
We’re looking for candidates with the potential to become successful at senior
management levels within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. If you
have strong skills in the areas of communication, strategic thinking, and
interpersonal relationships, along with the ability to influence, motivate,
and lead others effectively, then we invite you to explore and apply for
