My password has failed, or I have forgotten it. What should I do?

Click on the Search by Region page and navigate to the job list.  When the job list appears, click on "Access my Profile" on the right hand side of the screen (you might have to scroll down).  After accepting the Privacy Policy, you will see the login screen.  Put in your username and click "Forgot Password".  A new password will be emailed to you with instructions.

Do you offer internships for undergraduate students?

Yes, Johnson & Johnson companies from around the world offer internships to students pursuing undergraduate degrees. Candidates must have work authorization for the country or countries in which they are interested and must be fluent in the spoken language of those countries. Most internship opportunities are posted in January at selected universities.

You can view a current list of internship and co-op opportunities by clicking on the Search by Region. This site also offers a page with specific information about internship and co-op opportunities.

How can I be considered for an Internship or Co-op position at a Johnson & Johnson company?

The majority of this recruiting is done through targeted Campus Events and interviews at selected universities and through diversity outreach initiatives at Diversity Events. Please contact your Career Services Office or browse our Campus Events calendar to see if there are opportunities to meet Johnson & Johnson company recruiters in your area.

I received an e-mail that states that my preferences and interests align with a current job posting. What are the next steps?

Follow the instructions on the e-mail notification you received and click the appropriate link to view the job description. The link will take you directly to the specific position on this site.

If you decide to apply, click "Apply for this position" on the Job Description page. Log in with your user name and password. You will be asked to answer specific questions related to this position. Any information previously included in your Career Profile will be displayed in the job application form. You must complete all pages of the job application form and view the Thank You screen to submit your information. Once you complete the application process, you will receive an e-mail confirming our receipt of your information.

If the specific job does not appear when you click the link in the e-mail, the position has been filled or is no longer available.

If I receive an e-mail indicating that multiple positions may align with my interests and preferences, do I need to apply for each position separately?

Yes, you must apply for each position. Information contained in your Career Profile will be pre-populated in your application (and available to edit) but you will also be asked to provide additional information specifically related to the position you are applying for.

I have tried to apply for or view one or more jobs but I am having difficulty accessing the site. What should I do?

One of the most common reasons for difficulty in accessing our site is that the browser settings on your PC may not be compatible with the level of encryption that we use on our site. We encrypt our pages to ensure the protection and privacy of all candidates who submit information via our Web site.

Our site requires 128-bit encryption; your browser settings should be configured to have PCT 1.0, SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 enabled. If you are having difficulty logging into your Career Profile, it may be a password issue. Refer to the FAQ regarding password resets.

What may I expect during the interview process?

During the interview, candidates usually meet with the hiring manager and sometimes with other organization members, including management and peers. You will be asked questions regarding your academic and work experiences, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions. Many Co-ops will have the opportunity to take a project from creation through implementation during their six-month commitment.

Can I get course credit for participating in the Internship or Co-op program?

Whether or not you receive course credit depends on your school’s policy. Some schools have formal Co-op programs in which students must submit papers and a final report to receive credits. Other schools with less formal Co-op programs review student requests for credit on a case-by-case basis. Please check with your Career Services Office or your Academic Advisor to determine your options.

What is the dress code?

As someone who has been referred, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment inviting you to visit our Careers Web site to create a Career Profile and to apply for one or more positions. You will be contacted if your resume is identified as a match to the position(s) for which you applied. Please note that, to be considered for a specific position, you must apply for the position once you have received the e-mail acknowledgement that you have been referred.

Can I modify my profile at any time?

Yes. To keep your information accurate and current, you can modify your Career Profile at any time.  To do so, simply;.  

Click on the Search by Region page and navigate to the job list.  When the job list appears, click on "Access my Profile" on the right hand side of the screen (you might have to scroll down).  After accepting the Privacy Policy, you will see the login screen.  Login with your username and password and you will be able to update your profile.

Yes. By having your Career Profile in our database, you maximize the opportunity for your resume/CV to be reviewed (and potentially matched to positions) by Recruiters throughout the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. To further increase your opportunity to be considered, we also recommend you visit this Web site regularly and apply for those positions in which you are interested. In order to remove your profile from our database, please visit our website at www.careers.jnj.com and log into your account.  After successfully logging in, go to “My Account Options” and select “Deactivate”.  This will remove your profile from our system including all current and historical applications, job searches and system generated correspondence.
